Orders and payment

How do I pay?
With UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit or credit card, netbanking or wallet. Payments are processed securely by our RBI-authorised payment gateway partner.

Is it a one-time payment?
Yes. There is no subscription and no hidden charge. The price you see is the full price.

Will I get a receipt?
Yes, an order confirmation is sent to your email with your order number and amount paid.

Delivery

How will I get my files?
A download link is sent to your email right after payment, usually within a few minutes. Nothing is shipped by post.

I didn’t get the email.
Check spam or promotions. Still missing after 30 minutes? Contact us with your order number or payment details and we will resend it.

Can I download again later?
Yes, use the same link from your email.

Using the pages

Do I need a colour printer?
No. Pages are designed in black line art and print clearly in black and white.

Can I print a page more than once?
Yes, as many times as you need for your own children or your own class.

Can I share the files with friends or sell them?
No. Each purchase is for one household or one teacher’s class. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

How do I open a ZIP file on my phone?
Tap the file. Most phones open ZIP files in the Files app. You can also download it on a computer and print from there.

Refunds

What if the download doesn’t work?
Message us. If we can’t fix it within 48 hours, you get a full refund. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
