Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DidWell, a proprietorship firm that operates the website didwell.in (“DidWell”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your personal data. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
1. Data we collect
- Order details you give us: email address, WhatsApp or phone number, and optionally your name.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment gateway partner, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We receive the payment status, amount, payment ID and payment method type, but never your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the time of your order and downloads.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.
Some of our products are meant for children, but we sell only to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
2. Why we use it

- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To measure and improve our website and ads (see section 4).
- To send you offers, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with

- Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, see section 4)
- Government authorities, when required by law
4. Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to understand which ads lead to purchases. For this we may share a hashed (encrypted, not readable) version of your email and phone number with Meta along with order value. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order, payment and delivery records for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by Indian tax and accounting laws, generally up to 8 years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
6. Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to serve you. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Some records (for example invoices and payment records) must be kept by law even after a deletion request. To make a request, contact our Grievance Officer below.
