Shipping and Delivery Policy

DidWell sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

How you receive your order

  • Right after a successful payment, we send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout.
  • Delivery is usually immediate (within a few minutes) and at the latest within 24 hours of payment.
  • The email comes from our store and contains your order number and the download link. You can use the link again later to re-download your files.
  • Files are in PDF, XLSX or ZIP format and open on phones, tablets and computers.

Where we deliver

Because delivery is by email, you can receive your files anywhere. Prices are in Indian Rupees and payments are accepted in INR through our payment gateway partner.

Did not receive your files?

  1. Check your spam, promotions or updates folder for an email from DidWell.
  2. Make sure the email address you entered was correct.
  3. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Contact us at contact@didwell.in, call / WhatsApp +91 93542 23241, or use our Contact page with your order number or payment details. We will resend the link within 1 working day.

If we cannot deliver your files within 48 hours of your message, you will get a full refund as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
