Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order and get a refund for products bought on didwell.in, operated by DidWell.

Cancellation

Our products are digital files delivered by email immediately after payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful. If you placed an order by mistake and have not downloaded the files, write to us within 24 hours and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

When you get a full refund

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

  • the download link or file does not work and we are not able to fix it within 48 hours of your message;
  • you did not receive the download link and we are not able to deliver it within 48 hours of your message;
  • the product is materially different from what was described on its product page; or
  • you were charged more than once for the same order.

When refunds are not available

Because files can be kept and printed after download, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the files have been downloaded, except in the situations listed above.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email contact@didwell.in, call / WhatsApp +91 93542 23241, or use our Contact page.
  2. Share your order number (or the email and phone number used for the order) and a short description of the problem.
  3. We reply within 1 working day.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) through our payment gateway partner. We start the refund within 2 working days of approval. Depending on your bank, the money reaches your account within 5–7 working days after that.

Failed payments

If money was debited but your order was not confirmed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the payment details and we will help.
