Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website didwell.in and its subdomains (the “Website”) and to every purchase made on it. The Website is operated by DidWell, a proprietorship firm based at SCO 5, F Block Market, Ansals Sushant City (opp. Ahuja Sweets), Panipat, Haryana 132103, India (“DidWell”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. Some of our products are made for children, but purchases must be made by a parent, guardian, teacher or other adult.

2. Our products

We sell digital products: printable worksheets, activity books, prompt libraries, guides and related files in PDF, XLSX or ZIP format. No physical product is shipped. Each product page describes what the file contains and who it is for. Sample images on the Website show real pages from the product.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the full amount you pay, inclusive of any applicable taxes. There are no delivery or handling charges.
  • Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, using UPI, debit or credit cards, netbanking or wallets. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
  • Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully received. If a payment fails but money is debited, it is normally reversed by your bank or the payment gateway within 5–7 working days; contact us if it is not.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price shown at the time you pay is the price you pay.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment we send a download link to the email address you entered. Delivery is usually immediate and at the latest within 24 hours. Full details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because products are delivered instantly as files, orders cannot be cancelled after payment. Refunds are available in the situations listed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, including when a download does not work or the product is materially different from its description.

6. Your licence to use the files

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it:

  • for yourself and the children in your own household, or
  • if you are a teacher or tutor, for the students in your own class or tuition group.

You may print the pages as many times as you need for these uses. You may not sell, resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the files or printed copies, include them in another product, or claim them as your own. All rights not expressly granted remain with DidWell.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our products, including text, illustrations, page designs, logos and the DidWell name, is owned by or licensed to DidWell and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content, place fraudulent orders or use another person’s payment details. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, and refund any amount received for it.

9. Educational content

Our activities are for general learning and fun. They are not a substitute for school education, professional therapy or medical advice. Please supervise young children while they use pencils, crayons and scissors. Printing paper and ink costs are yours. What you may do with images or videos generated using our prompts depends on each AI tool’s own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any complaint through our Grievance Officer. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, courts at Panipat, Haryana have jurisdiction.
